12:48 p.m., March 16: A complainant from Eastwood Elementary School reported an assault by a student. The matter was referred to the juvenile officer for review.

5:40 p.m., March 17: A subject came to the police station to report an unruly juvenile. The matter was referred to the juvenile officer for review.

12:33 p.m., March 19: An officer responded to Philips Gym for a theft complaint.

6:02 p.m., March 19: An officer responded to the 200 block of Morgan Street for a menacing complaint. The matter is under investigation and was referred to the city prosecutor.

9:46 p.m., March 19: Oberlin College Safety & Security reported a license plate stolen from a student's car. The matter is under investigation.

7:08 p.m., March 22: Jason Bortner of Oberlin was arrested on a bench warrant through Oberlin Municipal Court for contempt. He was released on $1,650 bond.

6:45 p.m., March 26: Keith Baisden, 38, of Oberlin was arrested on a bench warrant through Oberlin Municipal Court for contempt. He was held in lieu of $2,500 bond.

3:57 a.m., March 27: Officers responded to the area of Philips Gym and arrested Jeffrey Enlow, 19, of Oberlin for criminal trespass and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was transported to the Lorain County jail in lieu of $500 bond.

11:55 a.m., March 27: An officer responded to the 200 block of North Pleasant Street or a report of theft from a vehicle. The matter is under investigation.

10:39 p.m., March 28: Oberlin College Safety & Security reported a theft from a dorm room at South Hall. Officers responded and interviewed the complainant.

11:54 a.m., March 29: An officer received a report of a missing license plate. It was unknown whether the plate was stolen or whether it had fallen off the vehicle.

3:25 p.m., March 29: An officer issued a citation to Guy Walker, 61, of Oberlin for driving under suspension for non-compliance with the Financial Responsibility Act. While issuing the citation, the officer discovered an outstanding warrant for contempt through the Sheffield police department. Walker was arrested on the warrant and held in lieu of $250 bond.

8:26 p.m., March 29: Vanessa M. White, 21, of Oberlin was charged with disorderly conduct by persisting.

8:42 p.m., March 29: An officer responded to Locust Street for a domestic incident. The matter is under investigation.

1:39 p.m., March 30: Ramone Christian, 33, of Oberlin was served with a warrant for violating a civil protection order. He was also served a bench warrant through Oberlin Municipal Court for contempt. He was held at the Lorain County jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bond.

11:58 p.m., March 30: An officer responded to East Vine Street for an assault complaint. The matter is under investigation.
