2:25 a.m., Dec. 13: Oberlin College Safety & Security reported a trespass violation. Kevin Jones, 24, of Oberlin, was arrested for criminal trespassing.
11:27 a.m., Dec. 15: Officers responded to Barrows Hall for a complaint of menacing by stalking.
8:58 p.m., Dec. 13: An officer took a theft complaint.
6:14 p.m., Dec. 15: A subject reported a theft. The matter was referred to juvenile officer Lt. Kevin Scalli.
8:22 p.m., Dec. 15: Wal-Mart reported a shoplifter. An officer responded and arrested Stacy Grills, 31, of Wellington, for theft. She was released on personal recognizance bond.
2:17 p.m., Dec. 16: A South Main Street business reported a theft.
4:18 p.m., Dec. 16: A Main Street business owner reported a theft from the business.
12:05 a.m., Dec. 17: Dedrick Montague was arrested in the 300 block of South Main Street on a bench warrant through Oberlin Municipal Court for contempt on an original charge of disorderly conduct by intoxication. He was released on $2,500 cash bond.
12:22 a.m., Dec. 18: Officers responded to Berger Court for a possible domestic dispute and arrested Carlos Frias, 20, of Lorain for unlawful restraint and disorderly conduct by intoxication. He was given a $650 personal bond, then released to Amherst police officers for an entered warrant.
10:39 a.m., Dec. 18: An officer responded to the 400 block of South Professor Street to investigate a possible domestic violence complaint.
7:20 p.m., Dec. 20: James Rider, 51, of Oberlin, was arrested in the 100 block of South Main Street for a bench warrant through the Avon Lake Municipal Court. He was released to Avon Lake police officers.
11:48 a.m., Dec. 21: Dispatch received a call in reference to a missing juvenile. The matter is under investigation.
6:49 p.m., Dec. 21: The Cuyahoga County jail contacted the Oberlin police department about an arrest warrant for Jeremy Clark, 20, of Grafton, from the Oberlin police. Clark was being held at the Lorain County jail on $2,500 bond.
5:32 p.m., Dec. 22: An officer responded to the 400 block of Morgan Street for a theft complaint. The matter is under investigation.
3:09 p.m., Dec. 23: Officers responded to a 911 call in the 300 block of North Professor Street for domestic violence between a brother and sister. Richard Bell Jr., 25, of Oberlin, and Bellaine Bell-Barnes, 27, of Oberlin, were both arrested for domestic violence. They were released on $1,000 personal recognizance bonds, with a temporary protection order issued for each.
3:48 p.m., Dec. 24: Wal-Mart reported a theft complaint. Officers arrested Julie Smith, 28, of Elyria, for robbery and felony theft. She was transported to the Lorain County jail in lieu of $12,500 bond.
1:17 a.m., Dec. 27: A 911 call reported domestic violence in the 600 block of East College Street. Officers arrested David Hale II, 36, of Oberlin. He was transported to the Lorain County jail without bond.
4:19 p.m., Dec. 29: An officer took a report of telecommunications harassment. An Elm Street resident complained of obscene phone calls. The matter is under investigation.
8:25 p.m., Dec. 29: Officers arrested Shira McEly, 30, of Oberlin, without incident, on a warrant through the Elyria police department. She was transported to the Elyria police department.
4:01 p.m., Dec. 30: Murphy Oil reported a theft. Jessica Minney, 33, of Kipton, was arrested for theft. She was released on $2,500 personal recognizance bond.
5:42 p.m., Dec. 31: As the result of a traffic stop, Stevie Speidel, 25, of Elyria, was arrested on a warrant through the Lorain County sheriff's office. She was transported to the Lorain County jail and held on $250 bond.
9:06 a.m., Jan. 1: An officer took a complaint of unauthorized charges on a bank account and on credit cards. The matter remains under investigation.
9:39 a.m., Jan. 1: A 911 call from the 100 block of Hollywood Street reported a domestic dispute. The matter is under investigation.
3:54 p.m., Jan. 3: Officers responded to the 100 block of East Lorain Street for a burglary complaint. Items were taken some time between Dec. 20 and Jan. 3. The matter is under investigation.
12:20 a.m., Jan. 4: Officers responded to Wal-Mart for a possible intoxicated person. Joshua Wilmouth, 19, of Norwalk, was arrested for abusing harmful intoxicants and unauthorized use of property. He was released on personal recognizance.
1:15 a.m., Jan. 4: A 911 call from the 300 block of North Main Street reported a domestic dispute. Officers responded. The matter is under investigation.
12:20 p.m., Jan. 4: The Huron County sheriff's office called to ask officers to serve an arrest warrant on Kelly Vaught, 33, of Oberlin, for contempt on an original charge of assault. Vaught was arrested in the 100 block of Groveland Street and transported to the police department where custody was transferred to Huron County deputies.
1:46 p.m., Jan. 4: Wal-Mart reported a theft complaint. Mike Dempsey, 36, of Elyria, was arrested for theft and transported to the Lorain County jail.
5:23 p.m., Jan. 4: Wal-Mart reported a theft complaint. Keith Baisden was charged with theft and released on $1,000 surety bond.
8:29 p.m., Jan. 5: Korre Gaines, 32, of Oberlin, was arrested on a bench warrant for contempt through the Huron County sheriff's office with a notation for no bond. He was transported to the Huron County jail.
