Disney-themed show simply MAD

The MAD Factory Players will present a Disney-themed cabaret to benefit the organization at two locations this weekend.

Directed by Amber Michalak, with music direction by Nina Fisher, the show will be presented on Friday, Jan. 29 and Saturday, Jan. 30 at 7 p.m. at the Oberlin College Cat in the Cream coffeehouse, 180 W. Lorain St., and at Kendal at Oberlin on Sunday, Jan. 31 at 1 p.m.

All performances are open to the public but the troupe will accept donations.

There will be performances by Kyle Brandt Lubart, Amy Campbell, Beth Campbell, Angela Elk, Rosa Gadsen, Rachel Graf Evans, Cornelius Graves IV, Melissa Ising, Katherine Knowles, Amber Michalak, Cameron Michalak, Daniel Takacs, Echo Taylor and Bill Valichnac.

The MAD Factory awards an average of $20,000 each year in scholarships and provides the Lorain County community free performances throughout the year.
