• Nov. 30 at 9:10 a.m.: A pair of Coach glasses and a vehicle registration sticker were reportedly stolen from a woman’s vehicle.

• Dec. 1 at 1:34 a.m.: Zachary Land, 25, of Richland, Mich., was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana paraphernalia. A report said police initiated a traffic stop after Land did not have his headlights on and they saw him come to a complete stop at a flashing yellow light and wait a few minutes before turning down another street. The officer could smell a strong odor of marijuana coming from the car and asked Land if he had smoked, the report said. Land told police he smoked a bowl 10 minutes prior to being stopped and he had a medical marijuana card from Michigan. Officers said a large white tube and a smaller white tube containing a green plant material, a purple tube containing marijuana cigarettes, a silver grinder with green plant material, and rolling papers were found inside the car and had a strong odor of marijuana. A bag with a brown plant material was also found by police, stated the report.

• Dec. 1 at 3 p.m.: Danielle Wells, 33, of Elyria, was arrested on two active warrants for contempt through the Oberlin Municipal Court.
