POLICE REPORTS


• March 3 at 10:38 p.m.: A glass cup with suspected marijuana inside was turned over to police by Oberlin college security.

• March 7 at 9:21 p.m.: A woman said she has been getting harassing phone calls and text messages from an ex-boyfriend.

• March 8 at 3:29 a.m.: Two resealable baggies with several suspected burnt marijuana cigarettes were turned over to police by Oberlin college security.

• March 9 at 8:15 p.m.: Deborah Rhinehardt, 46, of Oberlin, was arrested on a warrant for contempt of court on an original charge of operating a vehicle while under the influence. Police were called to her address when she complained a 14-year-old neighbor was throwing rocks at her house and hit her in the head. The child said he was throwing rocks at a stop sign.

• March 9 at 10 p.m.: An Oberlin College student was found cutting himself in his room. Officers said he had lacerations on both arms. He was taken to the hospital for evaluation.

• March 10 at 6:47 a.m.: Michael Uffman, 30, of Cleveland, was charged with possession of marijuana resulted from a traffic stop.

• March 10 at 5:37 p.m.: A laptop was reported stolen from a Morgan Street residence.

• March 10 at 7:09 p.m.: A glass pipe with suspected marijuana residue was turned over to police by Oberlin College security.

• March 11 at 12:31 a.m.: Oberlin College security turned over a vast amount of drug paraphernalia to police. The contraband included two bongs, metal grinders, many other glass smoking devices, baggies of suspected marijuana, a ceramic ashtray containing a mermaid and other smoking devices, rolling papers, and a smoking device shaped like an elephant.

• March 12 at 11:20 p.m.: A glass bong with marijuana residue was turned over to police by Oberlin College security.
